On display in the front windows of the Deane Center for the Performing Arts at 104 Main Street in Wellsboro are Department 56 Dickens’ Village buildings and accessories collected by Jean Balko, now of Oil City, Pa. She has given her collection to the Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce.
