DESCRIPTION:Ready to cast off and learn a new skill? Head to Sinnemahoning State Park on Saturday\, June 6th from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M for an Introduction to Fly Fishing . \nGive fly fishing a try with this Introduction to Fly Fishing program. In this three-hour program\, participants will receive instruction in fly casting\, learn the differences between fly fishing and spin fishing\, and spend time fishing the First Fork of Sinnemahoning Creek. A license exemption has been given to this educational program; participants do not need a fishing license to fish during the program time. Pre-registration is required for this program and space is very limited. DESCRIPTION:Bring the kids out to Ole Bull State Park for a fishing derby geared specifically to young fishing fans\, Registration starts at 9 AM at the Stone Pavilion. The fishing begins at 10AM and the derby continues to 12 noon.  Prizes will be awarded at 12:15 pm at Amphitheater. \nThe derby is open to kids ages 12 and under at no cost.  Plan to join us for a great day of fishing fun at one of Pennsylvania’s most scenic state parks!
