SUMMARY:The Denton 3D Classic with Shot the 3D Experience
DESCRIPTION:Archery enthusiasts have something exciting to look forward to this august at Denton Go (Denton Hill State Park) in Potter County.\n\nPlan now to be part of the fun when Shot the 3D Experience revives one of Pennsylvania’s premier outdoor archery destinations by bringing a world-class 3D archery event back to the site. Shot the 3D Experience has built a reputation over the past few years presenting some of the nation’s most exciting “mega shoots.” While the organization has primarily held events throughout the Midwest\, this marks its first-ever appearance in Pennsylvania.\n\nThe event will take place August 6–9\, 2026\, and will feature five professionally designed courses\, each consisting of 30 lifelike 3D animal targets\, for a total of more than 150 targets spread throughout the beautiful terrain of Denton Hill State Park. Each course will offer a unique theme and varying levels of difficulty\, providing an enjoyable experience for shooters of every age and skill level.\n\nParticipants may pre-register online at www.shot3dx.com or register on-site the day they wish to shoot. A day pass includes unlimited shooting\, allowing archers to complete every course or spend the day enjoying their favorites at their own pace. SUMMARY:Pontoon Boat Rides at Sinnemahoning State Park
DESCRIPTION:Join Park staff for a relaxing and informative tour around the lake\, as you cruise the shoreline of the George B. Stevenson Reservoir in search of wildlife. \nPontoon boat tours are scheduled to begin in June and continue until September.  Tours are offered on most Sundays and other selected dates throughout the season\, with three tours offered on each date. \nThere is no fee for regular Sunday interpretive pontoon boat tours\, but DONATIONS ARE REQUESTED. \nGroup size is limited.  To reserve a seat\, please pre-register.  Pre-registration is not required but is strongly recommended. \nThe program time is 1 hour 15 minutes.  Life vests and binoculars will be provided.  After the passengers are fitted with life vests and seated on the boat\, the tour will last approximately one hour. \nMeets at: Lake Day Use Area \nTo Register: Register Here! \nIf you need an accommodation to participate in PA State Park activities due to a disability\, please contact the park you plan to visit.  With at least seven days’ notice\, interpreters for people who are deaf or hard of hearing are available for educational programs. \nFor more information about programs at Sinnemahoning State Park\, please call the park office at 814-647-8401.
