Clint Owlett (R-Tioga/Bradford) is reminding area sportsmen and women to sign up for his upcoming Game Commission Night featuring a presentation by Pennsylvania Game Commission Furbearer Biologist Tom Keller.\n\n\nThe event will be held on Thursday\, Sept. 14\, from 6-8 p.m. at the Wellsboro Fireman’s Annex\, 21 East Ave.\, Wellsboro. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.\n\n\nKeller will talk about his work overseeing more than a dozen furbearer species in the Commonwealth. Owlett said additional speakers may be announced in the near future and a question-and-answer session will be held at the end of the presentations.\n\n\n“Our Game Commission nights have been among the most popular events we have hosted because they are so informative\,” Owlett said. “It really is a great event for the entire family\, and a great opportunity to mentor young people and grow their interest in the sport of hunting.
