Celebrate local art at the “2025 Regional Juried Exhibit” at the Gmenier Art & Cultural Center, Wellsboro, from November 22nd through January 11th in the Main Gallery.

This local art exhibition highlights outstanding examples of regional two-dimensional art and is open to artists residing within 150 miles of the Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center. Interested artists are required to complete the online submission form, available on the Gmeiner’s “Artists” page of the website (https://gmeinerartculturalcenter.org/artists/callsforartists/2025-regional-juried-exhibit/), no later than midnight on Friday, October 17th, to enter up to three pieces in the show. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by 6 PM on Saturday, November 1st.

Located in downtown Wellsboro, the Gmeiner is a spacious, public gallery dedicated to supporting both emerging and established local artists. All works submitted must be original in design and completed within the last five years. Works previously exhibited at the Gmeiner Art & Cultural Center are not eligible for this exhibition. This year’s judge will be Michelle Lockwood, Associate Professor and Program Director of Graphic Design at
