This event is free and will be held rain or shine. It will be held outdoors by the east entrance at UPMC Cole. Trick-or-treaters can visit stations and receive special goodies. The theme this year is “Children’s Books: A World of Imagination,” with characters from “Where’s Waldo,” “Very Hungry Caterpillar,” “Wizard of Oz,” “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” “The Cat in the Hat,” “Little Red Riding Hood,” and more.
