CHAKRA WEEKEND RETREAT August 11-13,2023
Day 1
3-6 pm: Check- in, set up camp-explore the property-chill.
7 pm: Meet and greet fire pit dinner
Reiki Sound Bath for Energy Release
Quiet time
Day 2
Wake up 8 am: Coffee/Team breakfast
9am-1ish: Guided hike infused with yoga, meditation, journaling, chakra energy work, snacks/lunch
3-5: Chakra Sensory Workshop
5-6:30: Downtime
6:30: Fire pit dinner
After dinner- Fire pit music circle
Day 3
7-8 am: Yoga/Reiki sound healing meditation
9-10 am: closing circle brunch
11 am: Event officially ends
LODGING OPTIONS
$250 Per person for tent camping
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Campsites and amenities (Showers and Bathrooms available at campground) Meals- 2 breakfasts/ 1 lunch/ 2 dinners/healthy snacks-water is available on site, Reiki infused sound baths, meditation and yoga, guided hiking, chakra workshop.
~Participants should bring their own comfort items, yoga mat, small blanket, backpack for hiking, hiking boots and extra snacks, tent, towels, toiletries and any musical instruments you play.
