Ready to cast off and learn a new skill? Head to Sinnemahoning State Park on Saturday, June 6th from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M for an Introduction to Fly Fishing .

Give fly fishing a try with this Introduction to Fly Fishing program. In this three-hour program, participants will receive instruction in fly casting, learn the differences between fly fishing and spin fishing, and spend time fishing the First Fork of Sinnemahoning Creek. A license exemption has been given to this educational program; participants do not need a fishing license to fish during the program time. Pre-registration is required for this program and space is very limited. Participants are asked to bring fishing waders or appropriate clothing to wet wade.
