Join us for a 2-day outdoor art competition & festival .  Registered artists compete for prizes (top prize is $500).  Public is invited to come create/observe/purchase Plein Air Art(all created outside) and mingle with the artists.

Reception and Registration 9/13 5-7 pm

Main event ( any 2D art) canvas stamping starts at 8:00 am .

Create art anywhere in Tioga County . Finished art should be gallery ready .

Judging starts after 4:00 pm
