This class is part of a three-part series.

Class #2:  Elevate your appetizer game with perfect wine pairings. In this class, you’ll learn how to select and prepare a variety of appetizers that beautifully complement different Oregon Hill wines. From savory bruschetta’s to gourmet crostini’s, discover how to balance flavors and create a stunning spread that will impress any guest. Rookie Cooks Academy will provide expert tips on crafting appetizers that bring out the best in each wine, ensuring that every bite and sip is a harmonious experience.

Dates for each class are 10/4 @ 6:00pm, 11/8 @ 6:00pm, 12/15 @ 2:00pm.
