The History Center on Main Street is a local history museum dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of Mansfield, Rutland, Sullivan, Roseville, Mainesburg, Covington, and the surrounding area.

The History Center collects, presents, and preserves files, artifacts, and photographs documenting families, businesses, educational institutions, organizations, and community life from the area’s beginnings to the present day.

Exhibits include displays and archives, along with a history and genealogy research library featuring many works by local authors and extensive collections of local high school and college yearbooks.
