Wellsboro Glass Historical Association
Wellsboro Glass Historical Association is dedicated to building community pride and fostering a deeper understanding of Wellsboro’s important role in glass manufacturing through the acquisition, preservation, and presentation of this history and its associated artifacts.
Founded in 2021, the association works to educate the public about Wellsboro’s contributions to the glass industry while encouraging creativity and innovation for future generations.
The association displays its growing collection and shares the Wellsboro glass story at its museum located at 19 Crafton Street in historic downtown Wellsboro, PA. The museum features donated artifacts and exhibits that highlight the region’s glassmaking heritage.
