Brewers from across the region will provide samples of their products with food available for purchase. Outside, semi-pro lumberjacks will face-off in a variety of competitions. Pre-purchase of event tickets is required, must be 21 to enter.
Learning stations across the museum provide students with the opportunity to watch demonstrations, try hands-on activities and talk with knowledgeable staff to discover what it was like to work in Pennsylvania’s forests.
Antique vendors selling a wide variety of items; sawmill demonstration on Saturday (ONLY), and birch still and historic trade demonstrations all weekend; food and craft vendors set-up outside.
Join us for a walk through the site by lantern light. Listen to ghost stories and trick-or-treat along the way. Decorate pumpkins, make pinecone birdfeeders, and have some refreshments in the museum program room. Costumes encouraged. Lantern tours are on-going. Ghoulish fun for the whole family.
