The Northcentral Regional ATV Trail Council of Governments (NRAT COG) is a cooperative of local governments in Clinton, Lycoming, Potter, and Tioga counties. NRAT COG works collaboratively to coordinate, plan, promote, and steward nearly 1,000 miles of interconnected motorized trails throughout the Pennsylvania Wilds, helping create a premier regional destination for ATV recreation.
